AI Pedagogy Project

I am currently a Researcher and Editor for the metaLAB (at) Harvard AI Pedagogy Project—a curated collection of assignments and resources designed to help educators engage their students in meaningful conversations about the capabilities and limitations of AI, grounded in hands-on experimentation.

 

Are You My Robot?

When people hear the term “Artificial Intelligence,” the first thing that usually comes to mind is robots. Of course, it entails so much more! I created this short, educational videogame to familiarize players with key terminology related to the interdisciplinary field of AI, such as algorithms, neural networks, data, machine learning, computer vision, and more.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Chicago's Poetic Cartography: Mapping a City Through the Printed Word

This interactive map serves as a digital companion to my course "Introduction to Poetry: Voices of Chicago,” which I taught at Cook County Jail in collaboration with the Northwestern Prison Education Program. The project was inspired by over a hundred years of Chicago's literary history and the poets who mapped the city's physical layout through the printed word.

 
 
 
 
 

Chicago Review Literary Magazine: Poetry Web Features

As a former member of Chicago Review’s poetry editorial staff, I collaboratively authored headnotes for poetry web features, which are designed to give the general public a critical vocabulary for engaging with poetic language. Some of my favorite headnotes are for poems by Roberto Tejada, John Yau, and Rocío González.
